Job searching, as I understand, has always been something as certain as ‘death and taxes’. Finding a job that suits you happens to be one of the hardest things to do. The legal jobs are not much different in that sense but if tried through the proper channels, it will not be all that difficult.
Understanding the market behavior and applying for jobs when the time is favorable will always be a positive step for choosing the career for life.
